Graphics card dying while in game, VGA turns light on

Whenever I join a game in rainbow six or bf2 for example my screen goes black while my pc is still running, the VGA light on my motherboard then turns on and I have to shut down my computer to turn it back on.
I have tried re-seating my gpu and nothing happened, any help would be much appreciated.
Specs:
Msi B350 pc mate
Ryzen 1500x
Gigabyte 2070
32 gb 3200mhz ram
Corsair CX 750 w
Windows 10 64 bit.

I do not have any spare parts, im trying the flash currently

Flash? Why? That's usually a bad idea unless the manufacturer tells you to do so.

Need info before you just flash your gpu.

How long have you had the card fore?

little less than a year

RMA the card get away from the Corsair CX powersupply line and get a corsair rm, evga gold or seasonic gold.

RMx or RMi, the basic RM has low quality capacitors.
