I'll just say off the top of my head a GeForce RTX 3060 12GB or a Radeon RX 6800 or XT 16GB (higher power consumption).

RX 7700 XT 12GB if you want more modern with new media engine.
Or RX 6800 16GB if you want more VRAM, but older media engine.
 
You could buy the RX 7700 and the RX 6800 (non XT) second hand if they cost a maximum of 365 EUR.
If they cost more than 365 EUR second-hand, you might as well buy them new.
You are probably not going to find the RX 6800 XT for a price below 400 EUR.

Actually, it's possible. Through Wallapop Italy, there's at least an ASUS TUF for 385, a PowerColor Red Dragon for 350 and an Asrock PG for 339.
