Graphics device lookup failed

Hi, Im not an expert and I bought a used rtx 3080 suprim 12gb and when i press lookup it says Graphics device lookup failed. Why is that?

Thanks, please check now. Our database didn't know how to identify RTX 3080 Suprim with LHR GPU.

Just to confirm, this is Suprim non-X, right?
