Hi guys, Trying to find the solution for a issue i have with GTA V recently. when driving or flying and i look in the sun it would flicker and have surrounding artifacts, I don't know what's causing and so far i have reformatted my PC and a fresh install of GTA V. i will try and post a image or video of it because i diddn't save the video i already made :( Every other game runs ok.
PC spec:
: i7 4790K (STOCK)
: GTX 980Ti (STOCK)
: 16Gb of DDR 3 RAM
: 250Gb SSD (OS) 1Tb HDD (GAMES)
: 850W PSU
: 144Hz BenQ Monitor (DVI)
Just want to know if anyone else have or had the issue and how to deal with it.

Have you tried running 60 frames per second Vsync? It could be telated to that 144 refresh rate

I did, Even meshed around with the graphics settings a bit. but this issue started recently. been playing GTA Online for a while now i have almost 3000hrs logged so this is bothersome because it's my main game.

Think back to when you first started experiencing it, & try to get an approximate date, then go to Nvidia's website ,and look for a driver that was released before that date ,and install that driver. it's likely something to do with the updated GPU driver. If it's something to do with the game update chances are you're stuck with it until they Patch it, but try rolling back gpu driver first.

I rolled back the drivers already even installed a fresh windows 10. It was when the new GTA Online update came out so i think that's maybe the cause of it also onedrive seemed to loaded up the files that was saved in it rather than the new documents so i also think that can be a cause too.
