GTX 1050 temp help

Hi, simply put i'd like to know some ways in which I can either stop my gpu from reaching over 73-74 C, because that's where it starts throttling. I tried looking at guides on youtube but they don't help, and they show laptops very similar to mine that don't even throttle by using their methods. Could someone suggest some options I have here?

Clean out the dust of your laptop.

BTW throttling is normal, it will never run at highest boost speed all the time, certainly not in a laptop.

Already tried that, but I'll do it again. i'm thinking about more undervolting, or setting the temp limit to something a bit higher
