Hello,

Does anyone got any idea on what memory temps would be (if someone measured with termo gun) under 100% load for a long time?

The last vga with sensors on vram I had was msi 770 lightning, and since then none of the cards I had, had a sensor there.

So simply said, in a scenario where the GPU core temp is shown as 55-60 C in afterburner/gpu-z, any aprox. idea of what would the vram temps be in such scenario? (heavy memory load).

Thank you in advance! :)

If your vram would be overheating (or due to overclocking) you'll notice it visually.

Memory doesn't run anywhere nearly as hot as the core.

it depends...not really on your gpu core temp, but airflow in the case, fan speed etc... so who knows. And really, ram doesnt get hot.. i wouldnt worry about it...not even worth a guess, honestly. :)

So even if I am mining I should not be concerned?
I keep the core temp usually around 55-60 C while doing so, and vram is working on 100%.
They are SLI cards, with a 140 mm fan on the case side panel, with also good flow in the entire case.

That would have been good to know in the first post, but you should still be fine.
