the only thing the that makes 750 ti look better is lower power consumption and nvidia shadowplay.
Regardless of the power consumption I would choose the R9 270

It would be useful if you posted rest of your system (especially PSU). Performance wise the R9 270 (which is basically a 7870) is about 25% faster

R9 270 is a more powerful choice especially if your prices are very similar.

R9 270. It uses more watts than a 750 Ti (120 vs 65 at peak) so make sure your PSU can provide at least 25 amps on the +12V rail. Depending on the quality of your PSU maybe 30 amps would be better. Also the 270 requires a 6 pin connector and some 750 Ti do as well or you will have to use molex adapter.
