I've played a couple and the most note-worthy ones are:

Mistake Of Pythagoras
MINERVA (this one is episodic)
Fortress Forever (multiplayer)
GoldenEye: Source (m'player too)

There's also a couple that I've been watching for ages hoping they'll come out soon:

Black Mesa (a complete remake of HL1 with the Source engine)
Resident Evil: Twilight

my favorite is day of defeat (there is a hl1 and a source version, I still prefer the older version...)
but I'm really looking forward to play black mesa!
