I spotted this issue 3 days ago while I was downloading a game in the drive. Hard drive is 1TB WD Blue and there was around 400gb space left when i started download. Every time Hard drove stops while downloading or copying anything into it and my pc stops responding when it happens. I tried to look into it with several software but HD Sentinel showed some errors on the drive. I'm not a techy type of guy and I don't have a lot of knowledge about storage devices. Please help me solve this issue I am unable to solve it by Chkdsk and other bad sector fixing programs.
Here are some detail about the drive.

It's dying. Also how is it so hot?

Have you checked the temps, while copying?
Edit: Bad sectors also mean that the hard disk might be permanently damaged
Edit2: Did you happen to have any bluescreens lately?

I haven't checked the temps while copying and the temperature I'm not sure it should be this much on idle but it might be due to my environment because temperature here are hot normally. I bought this one few weeks ago and at that time it was perfect, how could it happen as I never touched this drive or unplugged it. Also isn't there any way i can make it work somehow? :(
edit: I don't use it as my primary, only used it for storing files and data, my windows is in SSD.

RMA if it's new.

A hard disk operational temperature is upto 60°

can't because I bought it used but at that time everything was fine like new

It is not recommended to buy used storage devices. You don't know how it was used, or how long it was used.

SMART data can be cleared/faked. HDDs are mechanical and sensitive to bumps and drops.

Your drive is been running just for total of 42 days and already there are 6 bad sectors. That's why its locking up,

You should run a full surface test to mark the bad sectors and next time don't buy a used HDD or SSD.

Yeah that’s a twelve year old drive I think you got screwed

If you have too many bad/unstable sectors, SATA controller may halt your system during it's usage.
I recommend changing SATA controller that problematic drive uses (if you have that option, for Intel/AMD/Marvell/ASMedia/etc. one), OR masking bad sectors. Drive should be replaced.

your HDD gets too hot while copying, taken from your s.m.a.r.t report the max value was 86°.
Try move your HDD in your case arround

The only solution is to replace the drive, because this one is dying. And this time, buy a new one.

93/86 is the raw SMART value, not the actual temperature.

yes it has been 86°, my guess is that OP didnt screenshot his temperature while copying files. When the harddrive copies, it gets too hot and just disables itself

I agree with previous posters, that drive seem to be doing its final spins. Could of course try if keeping the HD temp down somehow, but would not trust it anyway.

Thankyou for your answers, I'll try to get one new but due to inflation in my region it is hard to get a good value on them. Could you suggest a good brand and model of 2-4 terabyte drive that I can find in budget and can be durable than most of the old drives? Any advice is a blessing for me right now

^Samsung 2TB perhaps, there are a few models, which of cannot say. My current backup is a 3.5" 1TB external drive and has run for years.
I guess we are talking about the new one being a mechanical drive and not SSD?

Looks like classic bad-HDD.

Yes HDD not SSD. And probably not external.

You can buy a used one that has high power on cycle and low power on hours.
This means it was used personally and not under heavy load.

For example don't buy if it was used 10000 hours and only turned on 50 times.
Buy one that was used 5000 hours and turned on 500 times.
