Hard drive problems

Just got another Western Digital 320G SATAII 7200 rpm HDD and for Reason It is showing it as Unknown 298.09 GB Not Initialized Unallocated in the Disk management ??? :cry:

This is the first hard drive that i have had do this

Any ideas?

Sounds like all you need to do is partition the drive

lol thats what i was thinking too but if i right click or got to the menu the only options it gives me is to view properties the Partitions option is grayed out
