having subscription problems with swtor

Hi, im having problems with subscribing to swtor, i bought the game and redeemed it, then entered all the information, then bought a subscription, still didnt work, then i bought a gamecard redemption code, entered it and that didnt work, after all that it still say's i dont have an active subscription, what am i to do. ?

Can they be contacted by say, email or ph etc, have you searched the net for others that have had the same problem i wonder mate?

I cannot remember how SWTOR's page looks like *They updated it several times*, so can't pull up mental imagery here for you.


Best thing is to call them - if your cd key/registration key is legitimate that should be enough.
Also have a look on their forums.
