headset not showing in device manager after no sound after i removed the driver

What headset? and Why did you remove driver?
If hardware manager is not seeing the headphones plugged in, then you will need to reinstall the soundcard driver and or the headset driver as well.

the headset is a Beexcellent GM-1

+ the driver portion of their website is blank

Did the headphones come with a cd? What driver did you uninstall? The beexcellent or the sound card driver? Do you have sound on your normal speakers? If no to all of those then you need to find the drivers for your soundcard on your motherboard
why did you uninstall them in the first place?

there was no media that came with it

i uninstalled it because there was no sound coming out of the headphones

Hidden device drivers can cause problems. A regedit command fixes it

@Caring1 OP still has not stated what drivers he removed. I have a feeling he removed the sound card driver because its stated there is no sound now. Granted he stated there was no sound with the headphones to begin with....
