headset not showing in device manager after no sound after i removed the driver

What headset? and Why did you remove driver?
If hardware manager is not seeing the headphones plugged in, then you will need to reinstall the soundcard driver and or the headset driver as well.

Did the headphones come with a cd? What driver did you uninstall? The beexcellent or the sound card driver? Do you have sound on your normal speakers? If no to all of those then you need to find the drivers for your soundcard on your motherboard

Plug your headset in to a rear usb port on your computer, then boot the system and it might load drivers automatically for sound or the headset if required.
