Hello

I want buy Noctua nh-d15 for 5820K on board Gigabyte x99 gaming 7
I want Use all 8 ram DIMMs and install graphic card on first Pci

Is possible?

if your ram has tall heat spreader it may difficult

And the mounting height of the fans is variable, as the first (great) pic here shows
 
If the D15 is anything like my D14, when put in a case with good airflow like my HAF 932, you can probably run it passive even with a bit of an overclock as I did with my D14 and when I had my i7 920.
 
check out the specs for the nhd-15 as well as the compatibility list with the motherboards.

The cooler is extending over the first PCI-E x16 slot, so please use the other available PCI-E slot(s) for your video card(s).
