Hello people, the first time I'm using AMD graphics.

1) When running GPU-Z to check my graphics temperature, it's almost always fixed at 511ºC, droping for short periodes of time to 36ºC. Latest official drivers installed. Is it a software bug or hardware problem?

2) When I run the PCI-Express test on GPU-Z, it only works with the integrated graphic card(Intel). The AMD parameters doesn't change.

3) It says GPU Overclock 57% ! Is it normal?

Validation here.

Can someone please help me so I can know if it's everything alright?

This is what shows in Piriform Speccy:

Well that is obviously not actually true (meaning what its reporting) because at 511c the laptop would be a pile of ash at that point. Basically what it sounds like to me is that the temperature probe is broken in the laptop GPU and its reporting incorrect temps or there is a software bug showing the wrong temps. Depending on whats going on the GPU either needs to be replaced by the manufacturer or can be ignored which also can be based on what laptop you have.

The clock speeds being reported are also just referencing the base vs boost clock. The GPU will boost to its maximum allowed speeds until temps become an issue and will then start throttling.

Based on the fact your laptop is not shutting down, I would say the probe is not causing issues but you may want to check reported clock speeds when playing a game on it to see if the clocks are dropping due to the temp issue.

It probably something with GPU-z. My Acer will read 100C from the graphics on my 5557M. It shows the correct temperature for my 8750M though.

Well I forgot to say the laptop is Toshiba L50-B-1JR, bought a week ago and it crashed and restarted automatically yesterday, with BSOD, saying Driver Power State Failed. Do you think I should take it to the store because there's something wrong with the graphic card OR are just driver issues? I'm only pointing at drivers because of what appeared on BSOD.
