ok i ahve it dowloaded, and have a dvd burner, blank dvd...now do i just burn it as a DATA, BOOTABLE DVD or what..i am stuck and dont want f@*@! this up since i just bouhgt a single blank dvd.

I would/will be useing Alcohol 120% to burn the iso file to a disk. You can dl your 30 day trial here: http://www.alcohol-soft.com/

Start up Alcohol 120%, click the "Image Burning Wizzard", browse for your dl'ed Vista iso file and burn.

found it

i found my dvd install cd, it has Nero on it..i just used that...burnt it as a dvd image.Today i went out and bouhgt 160gig sata hd.i booted from dvd and went to install on my new hardrive and Vista install said i only had 10gigs of space on it...whasss up with that? i installed my raid drivers and stuff, formatted the drive to NTFS.what else can i do?
Can i just detatch my old ide with xp on it and install Vista on the sata. then hook up the ide after and still have both operating systems?
