I just upgraded my pc and i want to buy a new monitor and i can`t decide between these 2 monitors:
LG 32GK650F-B and LG GL850-B
I would go for the 32" LG for the bigger screen but i don`t like that it has a VA panel and almost all VA monitors i had , had ghosting issues but i`ve seen some very good review at it.
Which one should i get?

I would go for 32Inch as the size will make a difference. I have used IPS and now I am using a VA in the 34inch MSI Optix MPG341CQR which is a VA panel and though dark level smearing has been mentioned, the contrast ratio on VA panels does make a big difference. I play a lot of Racing Simulation games in Assetto Corsa Comp, AMS2, R3R etc and the games look fantastic and to be honest smearing is not an issue..

Both monitors you have mentioned have been reviewed vey well by Hardware unboxed so you can't really go wrong..

I don`t know if is worth to sacrifice the better response times , ips panel, better pixel density, better colors for the bigger size.
I mean the lg gk650 has better contrast and deeper black but that`s pretty all advantages.

look for the new GP850 (since it replaces the GL it can be found cheaper and it's a faster and better monitor)

Another feature for the GL850 is that it has HDR10. However, some reviews say the HDR support is just mediocre. The GK650 doesn't have HDR support, but the plus side to that is it can't provide bad HDR.

I have the 32GK650. I use it for racing sims and MS Flight Simulator and it looks great in those applications. I'm not using it for FPS or RPG gaming.

HDR is useless
are you saying HDR on this alleged poor HDR implementation monitor is useless?
True poor HDR is not something anyone wants to look at. you would pay for a feature you would never want to use

or are you saying HDR in general is useless?
this would be completely false. good HDR is superior to SDR in every way possible
