Help me improve my dual core's performance

I just use my PC to surf the web and play my classics... but my proccesor cannot take all the procceses...
How Can I overclock my intel pentium E5400 Dual Core 2.70 Ghz

You can overclock very with that cpu. I got an intel core 2 duo E6320 1.86GHz which I bring to 3.15GHz. Since you cpu is highest clock speed to start with there is a good chance for a 3.8GHz overclock with a decent air cooler.

Yes agree with the SSD part, it will make your system fly!

I read those specs and my head said Oh no! 2GB of RAM???? Then I realized if shows as 4GB, whew.

The PC is pretty strong, and should be able to get you through most anything. What intrigued me in the beginning is you mention "it can't take the processes".... Can you elaborate or provide a screen shot so we can see exactly what you have going on?

I Always LIsten To Music,FAcebook, Edit photos Etc... Then The PC just says Not responding... Think it's the new win 10 update though!!!

I will be honest. I don't see that as being enough to work that CPU too harshly. Photo editing can be quite a load, but it is usually in short bursts while it makes the edit, not enough to cripple other things.

Try overclocking guides here and here. It had been awhile since I overclock those thing from that age. Take your time with it don't rush. I think during that time it was the tomshardware guide that help an old one from 2007 couldn't find it now.

Use this cooler, the cooler master 212 evo. A cheap option.

Rule of thumb... Usually you do not use a stock or stock-like cooler when overclocking.

The hack to better CPU cooling is to buy a better performing CPU cooler and use it instead of that stock-like cooler you have now.

It is true..even my modern Pentium G3258 is killed with firefox and I ran the 64 bit version which is waterfox. Firefox is an intensive programme lol!

The cooler you have can work. But is would not be very good at all. It is only slightly better than an intel stock cooler. And the intel stock cooler for that cpu is larger than the picture you show. You need a new tower heatsink. Also I am pretty sure your thermal paste is very dry now and in need of changing.

We need at least $50 to make a decent improvement for your pc.
