Help me Push the 990X

I have a 990x that has never seen a OC. Running 100% load my temp hold @48C. i have this under a frio cooler.

I think i got the memory to the right speed.
Would you OC with multiplier or FSB Speed?

Ok so i had to reset the cmos and call evga tech support. it was stuck in a reboot loop. tech helped me get it to boot and setup ram right.
Need TPU tech support.

So sad best i can seem to pull off is 4Ghz by doing 30x
