I'm having a hard time finding specifications for pci-e riser cards. There are 3 positions available. I need to know the distance from the card edge to each of the 3 slots. Here's a pic of a single slot riser with the measurement I need marked in yellow but for all 3 heights.

The gold used for the plugs have a uniform size. Measure it on a GPU, sound card, whatever you have handy in real life. You can use that measurement as a key and just use the image you posted to find the length of the riser card. It will not be exact, but it should give you what you need.

I know what your saying. I printed one to scale and glued it to cardboard when I started my ITX build but now I pretty much need to know exactly what it is within 1mm or so.

Have you checked the white paper on the manufacture's product page?
