Help needed for Zotac Gtx1070 Mini

I have a question regarding this were with 4 firefox tab open, This card on 45c (as on pic 1) and the fan not running. Then try enter into the game it goes up to 72c (as on pic 2). The fan not kick in till reach 59-60c. After i closed the game, the temp drop to 52 ( fan stop) but took longer time to get cool down was like 41-43c idle. Is all this normal ? I try to find solution about undervolt, fan curve etc.... but it's very confusing. Can anyone help me with undervolt or fan curve whichever good or do i really need it? For this PC coz i afraid it's get blown or damage other peripheral. Just 2 days ago cleaned & repaste the card. I used it on I5-6500, DDR4 32GB Ram, Seasonic M12II Evo 520w, Msi Z270 gaming Plus with 3 intake front & 1 exhaust fan on the rear. Oh i tested all this with case open. Thanx in advanced.

Everything is perfectly normal. Don't be afraid. It just takes long to settle at idle temps due to fan stop below 60C. This is by design and there is no harm to card or other components because of that. Load temps are also very normal at 72C. It is a mini card with a small cooler but it still does the job.
There is not much to gain with uv and oc on that series (I had the same 1070 too). I'd say just don't bother and use it as is. There isn't anything to worry about.
