Hi this is my first laptop, along with my first intel\nvidia setup in a long time (normally i go AMD\Ati). I am having trouble overclocking my GTS 360m. I tried using rivatuner, and ati tool to no avail, coolbits isn't supported in Windows 7. I already tried upgrading from forceware to the latest Verde drivers. Help would be greatly appreciated. any advise on OCing my ram or CPU is also appreciated, though it is of secondary concern

Have you tried MSI Afterburner? Maybe GPU Tool?

What about the latest Nvidia Tools? That supports gpu overclocking in the Nvidia Control Panel.

BAD idea. Mobile GPUs have heatsinks that are desgned to just keep them alive, overclocking can overheat them easily unlike desktop parts.

uhh you dont need "coolbits" NV has a built in Overclocking feature in the Driver, you gotta download the 257 driver for laptops to get it thought, the driver that comes with the laptop wont do it.

And u can overclock the GPU on the laptop without worry ive never had any issues with over heating etc.
