Help Overclocking my BFG Geforce 6800 gs oc!

I am fairly new to the computer gaming world and just built my first computer.
This was the first card I purchased and I know there are much better. However, I would like to overclock the card to the max settings. Ive looked all over and have read things about overclocking but cant find a place that actually tells HOW to do it.

download coolbits google search for it,install and then right click desktop go to settings>advanced click on tab that says name of your card should be at top right then menu should appear depending on your settings but you shouold see a item called clock frequency,thats where you overclock
