Can you share the advance tab of GPU-Z. We need to confirm the memory part number just to be sure.

If it is K4G80325FC, then you can use the following bios:

Only use AMDVBFlash 2.93 for flashing. Newer version will not work properly! Instructions for flashing:
For RX 500 Series (Polaris) and Older:

Get amdvbflash 2.93

https://www.techpowerup.com/download/ati-atiflash/

Then look for Version 4.68, underneath 4.68 you will see a link to show older version, click that and you should see version 2.93

Follow these steps carefully:

1. Open your "C:" drive in Windows, create a new folder, call it atiflash.

2. Extract the contents of atiflash_293.zip to the "C:\atiflash" folder

3. Find the bios file you downloaded and rename the bios file to 5 digits with .rom on end Example RX 580, change file to rx580.rom (r****.rom)

4. Move r****.rom to the "C:\atiflash" folder

5. Open the start menu, type cmd, when cmd.exe appears right click it and hit "Run as administrator"

6. At the command prompt type in cd\ and press enter until only C:\> is on the screen.

7. Type in cd/atiflash and press enter, you should see C:\atiflash>

8. Type in amdvbflash.exe -i to identify the gpu you want to flash with a 0, 1, or 2)

9. At the C:\atiflash> prompt type in
amdvbflash.exe -unlockrom 0
(there is a space between the e and -unlockrom and 0)(0 is the number zero)
press enter and you will be prompted that the "ROM Unlocked" (or 1, 2)

10. At the C:\atiflash> prompt type in
amdvbflash.exe -f -p 0 r****.rom
(there is a space between the .exe and -f, and a space between -f and -p and 0).
(Or 1, 2)

Press Enter

Follow directions on screen and if flash is successful exit the command prompt and restart, windows should show up on screen

Did you follow the instructions? No!
Follow the instruction which were provided earlier and dont put the files on OneDrive!

Note: Dont use a larger font size, it is very irritating for the people who are trying to help you.

friend, sorry for the large image, I tried to follow the steps you ordered and the following happens to me
I really appreciate the hand you give me.

YOU ARE STILL SCREAMING USING A LARGER FONT IN YOUR POST.
It is very irritating for the people who are trying to help you. Just use the standard font size in your posts!

The bios file is not propely renamed from what I can see. Its has double file extension like rx580.rom.txt. (see notepad icon at filename)
Make 100% sure it is named rx580.rom.

That means he probably has file extensions hidden. And the font could be the byproduct of translation copying the text size to here. Clearly there's a language barrier and the intent isn't to yell at us. At least it isn't allcaps.

Just take a deep breath and help the guy. Don't try to put emotion into written words, just because they happen to be a little bit larger than you are used to.

Already doing that ;) And who says Chuecook is a guy! Trying to educate about forum behavior. Using a large size font and/or CAPS is rude, specially when asking for help.

Until last sunday it wasn't a problem for Chuecook to use the default font size in his earlier posts on techpowerup. As Remeca said likely due copy paste.
I hope it wont happen again otherwise no longer support from me.

Hello guys, thank you for helping me, it's not my intention to cause a problem, I just asked for help. I'm very grateful to everyone on the forum, really. Yes, I use Google Translate to communicate with you. And don't yell at anyone. sorry for the inconvenience. I was able to do the rom thing but now the GPU doesn't give me an image. Do you know how I could solve it? thank you.

No problem :) Can you tell us which hardware you are using? Processor, motherboard, memory? I think a recovery must be done.

is that?
cpu: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700 a 3,60 GHz, 3601 Mhz, 4 procesadores principales, 8 procesadores lógicos
mother: Gigabyte B250M-D3H-CF
MRam: 16gb

Hello.

Since you obtained that error, i encourage you to do the procedure more then 20 times.
Fore some reasons beyond my understanding, i succesfully flashed the BIOS when i received that error by trying and trying over and over until i received the message that i need to restart the computer.
So, first of all please try to flash it again and again
BUT, let me ask you : you put the BIOS file in atiflash folder and you rename it rx580? If not that is the reason

Hello imperator, yes I gave it the name "rx580" and updated the bios but then when I restarted it never gave me an image again.

You are very luckly since you have onboard graphics. Remove the RX580 from the system and then go to the bios and put it on integrated graphics. Dont forget to save the bios changes

Then you boot in Windows without the RX580. When that works, shutdown and then put the graphics card back into the system. Dont connect RX 580 to the display since it still broken and wont give you any screen. When you boot with the RX580 installed you must use the onboard graphics.

If you succeed, can you provide us output of "amdvbflash.exe -i" ?

Yeah, indeed, @VuurVOS pointed out that you can't rely on RX580 for video output.
You must connect cable to iGFX.
Then you will flash the RX580 using iGFX as primary.
