Help with a gtx1050 mxm

Hello, recently a friend recommended that I upgrade the GPU on my laptop, it's an HP ZBook 15 G1 with a Quadro K1100M to a gtx 1050 mxm

Two day ago the gpu arrived, I installed it and tried to install drivers, it didn't work, they told me that I had to modify and make a . inf mod, I've been trying for two days now and yesterday I was able to make it work, the thing is that today when I restarted the laptop it gave me error 43 and it didn't work, I reinstalled the drivers and it didn't want to work either,

I forgot to say that I think the gpu came from an embedded hp machine

Blue=quadro k1100m
Green= gtx 1050 mxm
