Got myself one of these cards to drive 6 monitors but apparently it won't boot on UEFI.

Can't find this particular model in VGA Bios Collection | TechPowerUp and understand that it's not a good idea to flash one from a different brand even if they are the same model.

Guidance appreciated!

Thanks

Hello.
Flashing a BIOS is the ultimate solution in case all the other solutions didn't worked out.
In my personal experience i cross flashed BIOSes between video cards same model but different producer.
It was a hard work to make them work, but that was my ambition.
In your case we do not have the same goal, a cross flash for sure won't enable GOP.
All we need is to identify the right BIOS for your card.
In this case we need the following pictures :
- labels from the card
- GPU-z main screen
- GPU-z > advanced tab and from drop down menu please choose memory

Sorry for the late reply. Took some time to spin up a burner machine for CSM boot.

Proceed to Imperator request info.
Here Unverified and UEFI supported: VGA Bios Collection | TechPowerUp
From the list I don't see any rom with the exact same memory support. Will VGA Bios Collection: Visiontek HD 7750 2048 MB | TechPowerUp work since they're both Hynix?

Model updated after driver installed

VGA Bios Collection: Visiontek HD 7750 2048 MB | TechPowerUp is the only ROM with the same subsystem ID but the supported memory type is Samsung vs Hynix

Do you mind to take a picture of the white sticker on the back of the card?

Ok, I cannot find a version that supports that type of memory and GPU, while also supporting UEFI.

If @Imperator also cannot, I may ask you to disassemble the card and check another couple of items, but I am not too hopeful.

Thanks. Would it be easy to mod the current BIOS I have if I uploaded it?

I haven't really messed around with BIOS modding, but I don't believe that you can mod UEFI into them. Someone else can tell you for sure though.

Hello.
First of all in order to go further we need you to save your current BIOS to a safe place.
We will try several BIOS-es but in order to do that we need you to have the original one saved.
I found one BIOS for Visiontek but with another ID.
So I would like to propose to try to flash it.

This one says no UEFI though? When you say another ID, do you mean the subsystem ID? Because there's one I linked above that matches.

I am not sure that one is a good idea, it seems to use Hynix FFR.

Also, the outputs are a little different.
What outputs are you looking at?

Attempts at flashing a couple of the BIOS refuses to go through. The P/N looks weird? Googling 113-001-X01 comes up with RX 6800?? How safe is it to force flash via CLI?
