Help with troubleshooting rx 6800 xt (gigabyte master type c)

Got a used card, the card does not give an output. The one time I didnt have windows error 43 in device manager still didnt output. I have tried a few unverified bios with the same ssid and one of those was the ones that was in that sense most successful. I wanted to know if I should/is there a way to use bios's with different ssid.

Yeah those are both different subsystem ids.
Also I noticed that the gpu says its using its ram still which is odd right?

Nothing special there, it also shows my RAM usage as I checked GPU-Z. Where did you get the card and do you have an another system to test it with?
 
Did you try this 232B bios?

A newer 232A bios which you can also try if the first one doesnt work:
