Depends mostly on your psu.

Was reading an article and it says I need PCI express 2.0 or newer? I don't know if I have them on my motherboard, yeah I plan on getting a 500w psu. If I can run the gtx 950 I'd have no problems opting for that instead since it's only an extra 30 euro added on.

The 950 is way better choice for the price.

A good 500watt psu will handle them just fine.

Be smart on buying power supply, there is some bad junk out there, and good ones at a budget.

Go with vender of your choice.
Check with vender warranty, in your area.

Evga and Asus is my preferences, but that's just me.
