High FPS (200) but keyboard input delayed (lagging?)

Hi,

I recently bought a new pc around 3 months ago with some what high specs which include:

12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700F 2.10 GHz

Nvidia Geforce RTX 4070

DDR4 16GB

So this issue has only just started recently after no changes to the pc as i think.

I have no issues writing forums so this indicates its not sticky keys.

This issue only happens in games such as: league of legend, Pubg.

In league of legends i have a set cap of 200fps and it will stay there all game.

The issue i have is that the fps doesnt spike down or up. I have hwi_762 to check out the temps and all are good below 50c most times.

The problem is when ussing abilities. if i use (e) ability lets say, then this will hold for a few seconds before casting, when looking at the leaderboards too, the leaderboards will just stick on the stick for multiple seconds when im not even pressing it.

please help ive looked online to check my settings and they seem fine.

Which version of Windows? "10", quite stable or the latest beta, named "11" (the ones M$ fixes with their hands and then breaks with their behinds)?

Everything on the pc is upto date including all drivers, im running windows 11

Did you try with another keyboard and other USB slots ?

How about other FPS limit values? (If set in Nvidia Control Panel, try monitor refresh rate-2 if you are using vsync/freesync/g-sync. If you are using an ingame limiter try the same as the monitor refresh rate. Don't use both)
What kind of monitor?
Resolution/refresh rate settings?
How are you limiting FPS?
Vsync on/off?
Freesync/G-sync?

The keyboard is fine as it’s working properly with no delay in every day use.
