High GPU usage and fairly low CPU usage while playing Trove

I just played some trove and i noticed that my GPU always stays at 100% while the cpu is 20%-30% . This issue is only happening on Trove .
Specs :
I7 4510U
GPU 1 : amd radeon r7 m265
GPU 2 : intel hd graphics family ( shitty)
RAM : 16 GB ddr3
1tb HD
Win 10 64 bits .
 
I don't see a problem here
 
Not sure what your problem is. What you're experiencing is not an "issue".
 
This isn't an issue, it just says you bottleneck on this game is your GPU. Your CPU can't do more if your GPU is already being pushed full tilt.
 
Correct me if I'm wrong, don't we want to see 100% GPU utilization and less than full CPU utilization in combination when playing a game?

game is single threaded, maximum utilisation of one thread by a single program and any background tasks (including windows itself) is going to make windows report between 20%-30% cpu usage
