High temp when gaming

Hi, I'm currently using Acer Predator Helios 300 with i5-9300h and RTX2060 and it gets real hot when gaming. The max temp reaches 90-92°C. However, if I disable turbo using ThrottleStop the temp will reach about 72°C when gaming but my frame rates drop until it's real noticeable (e.g during team fights when a lot of skills are being used). Is there a way to fine-tune the settings so that it doesn't exceeds 90°C+ and the frames are still alright. I manage to undervolt it to -130.9mV and the screenshots below are the current settings I have. Should I adjust the turbo ratio limits in FIVR (screenshot_2) or the Turbo Boost Long/Short Power Max or the clamp in TPL (screenshot_3) ? Not really sure as I lack knowledge in this area. P.S, I'm alright if it hits 80ish°C.

Oh, I read that 90°C ish is bad even if I'm playing. Just wondering, do you know what does the clamp button do for the Turbo Boost Long/Short Power Max and the default for the Long is 45Wcan I adjust it lower or 45W is the lowest?

Yep, I am running an Acer Helios 300 with an i7-8750H and a GTX 1060M. Mine regularly hits 88-90C during gaming, with both CPU/GPU throttling down when 90C is hit.

There is one thing you can do to help this. Download "PredatorSense" and turn on "CoolBoost" in the top right. This will increase the max fan speed and help keep temps down. However, it is much louder than it with it turned off (of course).
