i am running my pc for gaming and for desktop modes. lately, i have seen my idle Temp on my RT 3080 EVGA FTW 3 shoot up exponentially.
i have the latest drivers and firmware for the card. in windows in 4K in 120 HZ it runs at about 58 degrees which is quite high and in games like TRAILS of cold steel it reaches 84 degrees!!!! it shouldn't.
the issue is that my ryzen 5800X has shown the same symptoms lately. it is watercooled by H100i ELITE CAPELLIX (latest firmware).
i installed 3 months ago some custom blackplates (one of them was a gpu backplate -argb) do you think this is the reason why it became like that?
i will clean install windows and see if things are fixed.
