Hi I want to connect to my Router Wireless Gigabit TENDA AC10 AC1200 and I can't do that. I get the error ,, Ethernet does not have a valid IP configuration''.
What can I do?
I placed another UTP cable from my university campus and I get this error
,, Ethernet does not have a valid IP configuration''.
How do I fix this? Is this happening because of my laptop?
My laptop won't recognize my router!

I have another laptop from my mother and the router seems to be working fine!
Is it a good idea to reinstall my windows?

Anyone?
In the instructions it says it need to be connected to another router.
Is that how this router works?

Have you set up a static IP address prior to connecting the router?

What happens if you open a command prompt and you type
Code:
C:\>ipconfig

The instructions are making assumptions of various potential setups, as the manufacturer can't know what type of a setup you have.
If a different computer works just fine, then it's an issue with your computer, so start there.
From what I can tell from the info you've provided, the computer isn't getting an IP address from the router, so see my two suggestions above.
