I also have a Dell PC that lets me put a boot order in.
I see no option on the HP. Also it is hit and miss pressing the ESC key to get to the boot menu on the HP.
What does the above picture message mean?
I press *CTRL- 1*it just goes in to that operarating system.

I can,t believe no one has the answer to this. I see I did not put the modal of my PC on there, but the same keys are for all HP PC,s
HPZ230

Hi,
It's just a part of a screen with a big white flash on it
At least turn the flash off and back up so we might see the entire screen and all the options

pretty sure what you're looking at is for a temp boot "thingy" the magic key is ESC while booting (start mashing it right after pressing the power button) to get in the bios to make permanent changes; you're better off doing that instead of the boot menu at P.O.S.T.

Hi,
Well I'd take a guess that you highlight the disk you what to move and use the up arrow with another key pressed could be ctrl.

Hi,
Seems to me this one is the problem.

As soon as you turn on system you need to be hitting the key commands to enter the bios, what specific rig do you have???

Hi,
Seems to me this one is the problem.
The other thing I have noticed is that every time I boot up any Linux os it comes up with this message.
*Error communicating with the TPM chip*
I thought the TPM chip was to do with Windows 11?
And that only newer PC,s had a TPM chip?
The other thing is I can,t seem to change anything.
I can only boot to the last OS I installed.
I wish I could get rid of all that stuff on the photo on the start of this subject.
