How to Mod ATI2mtag.sys, or DL ati2mtag_vista.49713.zip

I'm trying to get the softmod for the ATI 9500 @ 9700 working on a new Vista install. Apparently the site to download the ati2mtag.sys is down (specifically for ati2mtag_vista.49713.zip)

It appears that it's a hard file to find anywhere else! Does anyone have a link to another place to download it, or else know where there are instructions for doing the mod myself? I'm guessing it's not extremely challenging (like custom reverse engineering drivers or something).

Ah, I see.

I suppose I can wait a couple days. I just get very persistent when I get it in my mind to do something and I wanna finish it NOW!

But yeh, I understand... It's not a big deal at the end of the day, I'm just fiddling with a computer that probably will never ever run a game anyways.
