I have an odd problem. I used to use two displays until one of them stopped working, so now I just use one. Everything for the most part is fine, but I have one program that when opened is appearing off to the side where the second display used to be. In Windows XP you could right click the window in the taskbar and "Move" it, and then bring it where you need with the keyboard's arrow keys. I'm not sure how to do that in Windows 7, so I can't see to get this window I need to appear on my display. What can I do short of getting a second screen to fix it?

Alt+Space then M

If the window is maximized you might have to press Alt+Space then R. Then Alt+Space then M.

Extra tip:
To see the "normal" right-click menu on taskbar buttons, hold shift when you click.

I did not know that, very nice to know. Thanks!
