Hi..... I have been wanting to download some use full things such as win rar and stuff so i can open downloads but i can't because i can't even open that because it need it installed somehow and its really getting on my nerves PLEASE HELP.

one of the top 2 links depending on if you are running a 32bit or 64bit OS. Its a self installer .exe file. Run it and let it install, then go rar crazy.
 
Both WinRAR and 7-zip downloads should be executable files (.exe) and do not require any compressed folder programs. Can get either one at the respective sites below.
