How to optimise 5700x for best performance

Motherboard Gigabyte Auros Elite AX V2

Currently I have set PPT: 105 TDC: 75 EDC: 110, I enabled CO -20 on all cores and a small -0.04v voltage offset, and +200mhz, currently it is cinebench r23 stable and holds 4.62-4.63GHz multicore and 4.85GHz (give or take) on single core, all while staying at 70c or lower and around 107w full package power draw running CB MT, is there anything I am missing or could change, bare in mind my goal is ultimate performance with temps in check which they are at the moments, specs.

Yes that’s a very optimal config. I’ve had my 5800X setup very similar for over 3 years. It’s an aging platform that’s about as far as you can stretch it.
