How to synchronize RAM and CPU frequencies?

Hello, I would like to know how I can get my ram and my micro work at the same frequency. Yet I have much experience and knowledge on the subject, but I really like and want to learn. My my motherboard is a Gigabyte G1 Sniper M3, RAM is 2 combs Mushking Redline 4GB PC3-12800 996 981 model Overclokiables to 2133MHz and 3.3GHz i5 3570K 3.7GHz. The dual bios is UEFI.
