how to underclock/undervolt an RX570 (gaming use)?

I am not a big gamer so I want to reduce power consumption to save a bit of Euros.

I've searched the net but all I can see are ways to undervolt/underclock the game for crypt mining.

Can you please help? Thanks

edit: I'm on Linux but have spare desktops where I can install Windows if need be for bios flashing.

The steps are the same for both lol
The amount of money you'll save will likely be minimal, but worth it. You can likely remain stock clocks at a decent undervolt with that GPU
