Huge problems after bios reset

I have an old rig consisting of i5-9400f, 16 GB, 2060. Recently I spilled water all over my mouse, I dried it with rice for 8-9 hours. After I plugged it in. It worked well. But after a rest for 2 days, I turned on the PC, to see that my mouse lights were lit, but irresponsible. To solve this problem I tried to reset bios via CMOS battery. I drained pc from power for 1-2 hours, removed the battery with a toothpick, ran a launch for 10-15 seconds, and plugged it in again. My computer could start but with numerous problems. First, when I start the computer, there is a Windows error sound before it boots. Secondly, there is a message box saying that the system time is set wrong (I can't even open bios). Thirdly, the process bar shows 100% usage of CPU and RAM. Finally, there is a beeping sound when I click and the system runs very slow The Windows taskbar is irresponsible.
Update:launchtime increased and have to force the power off the computer.

Hey there,

since you didn´t open the mouse and don´t know if corrosion set inside, please use another mouse and unplug the old one. Leave the old usb port empty.

The first beep because of the wrong system time is normal after having removed the battery.

Can you access your bios now? What motherboard do you use? Does its bios have a "load optimized defaults" or similar button?

What does the taskmanger say which programm is using all of the cpu/memory power?

1st, replace the mouse.
It's not impossible the mouse is sending 'junk' to the PC, and causing the problem.
(the monitoring connection to Laptop batteries can do something similar, in cases of spills/batt electrolyte leakage)

2nd, Replace CMOS battery w/ fresh fresh, or run it w/o.

You'll also NEED to either
A. find the CMOS reset jumper, and bridge it
or
B. Bridge the - and + tabs in the battery holder.

2x I've seen a 'bad' (not dead, bad) CR2032 cause horrible 'lag' and clockdrift.

So your found your mouse not functioning but decided to mess with the motherboard and reset the bios?

I replaced my mouse and all the USB ports. The problem kept remaining, I replaced my CMOS battery with another one but nothing changed.

I've used another mouse to check if USB ports are dead. Since it didn't work I did bios reset. The initial problem was solved, but the beeps were there. Task manager says that Nvidia container and LGHUB (40% and 20% respectively) consume the most CPU. And windows system application consumes 14 GIGABYTES of ram. I can access the BIOS now, it says " BIOS has been reset, Please recording your Bios setup items if needed". My motherboard model is z390UD with i59400f. And yes it has this button of load optimized defaults in bios

So your found your mouse not functioning but decided to mess with the motherboard and reset the bios?
I found my mouse is not working so I changed it to another and messed with motherboard, thinking my USB controller was fried af

IF you have usb routed from your pc to your Lg Monitor, please disconnect it on the pc side for testing.
And could you double check if all of your ram is recognized?

If it is:
Before playing around in bios save what you currently run in the bios profile section.
Then, if not tested already, please load bios optimized defaults. Check if the correct ram voltage has been set and that all the ram has been recoginzed.

How does it feel and how much cpu is used in idle by what?
