I updated the UEFI/BIOS to the latest version, and I went to change to the graphics memory from 64M to 1024M, and and when I save, it will start, come back; no display, and restart, and it will do that definitively.

By latest you mean Ver. 1620? Did you boot successfully after the update? Your boot drive is in GPT format? Have you disabled CSM and enabled secure boot in the menu? How much RAM does the PC have in total?

Look at your manual, find the clear cmos pins, turn your pc off via the PSU switch, press the power button for two seconds then jump the CMOS clear pins for 10seconds this should get you back into bios hopefully and you try again to fix settings.

Dont change that setting, it doesnt do what you think it does.

Does the system work fine on the 64MB default?
