I flashed a new BIOS file to my graphics card, it stopped working properly (Code 12), so I tried to flash the BIOS back. However, NVFlash gave me the error: "The PCI BAR assignment for the processed device is invalid. Please check the NVIDIA website for possible SBIOS Setup settings to match the processed device,"

Could someone help me?

The vbios could be embedded in the laptops main bios... in that event flashing it by software tools may not even be possible.

This is a dedicated graphics card made from a laptop GPU core, so that shouldn't be the issue.

Ah. Maybe check your bios for resizable bar related options and try toggling them?

I did. If I disable both Resize BAR and 4G encoding, the motherboard fails POST with a VGA error. If I disable only Resize BAR, Device Manager shows an error (Code 12) and i try to flash the BIOS using NVFlash, it still shows the error: "The PCI BAR assignment for the processed device is invalid."

I'm sorry, that's all I can think to try. :(

You could probably use a hardware flasher if you can ID the bios chip, but... that's way complicated and itself will add expenses.

That might actually be good news. Have you tried putting in another card to boot from when you are in this configuration so you can attempt to flash it?

Yeah... I’ll use it only after I’ve tried every possible method.

I used the integrated graphics to flash the BIOS—I don’t have another graphics card.

Sounds like it’s in auto mode if it’s still failing with iGPU, try setting bios explicitly to integrated and try again if you haven’t already. Otherwise it’s a hardware flasher and a bios file if you got it.

I locked all the settings that could be changed to use the integrated graphics, but it still didn’t work.I still can’t flash the BIOS.

Try changing the "CSM compatibility mode" setting in the BIOS
If I plug in this graphics card and disable CSM, it gives a message saying the card doesn’t support UEFI boot and forcibly switches back to CSM. Before I flashed the BIOS, the card was working normally in UEFI mode.
