Your card is reported as fake. If anything remove the heatsink and get a pic of the gpu die clean, pics of all ram chips on it, close up of 1, picture of the video outputs on the card, pics of any white stickers on the card-look for them.

Your card is a GF 200 series, not a GF 400, GT 430 uses a GF108 Chip. Yours is a GT216 chip

Sorry for weak pics and information , i suspect that GPU BIOS issue
U r correct GPU-Z not detect correct chip name
As the attached pics in device manager it's GF-108
Now i already reflash the first bios link appear mismatch then
second bios link same conditions this issue not in bios
i tried to test the VRAM by nvidia mods/mats but not make any report
as attached pics from this link as video creator advice
Can u give me download link for this GPU to test the VRAM
Also attached pic for defective GPU screen and label on GPU

Unbeliavable that they made fakes for such low-end cards as GT 430. Usually they use GTS 450 or GTX 550 Ti cards for fakes.

Old low end cards have next to no security and are super cheap, this makes them "great to", or to perhaps word it more appropriately, "useful to" scam unsuspecting buyers like the OP.

It's shameful to take advantage of people who don't know any better, but it is all too common for people to be lured by cheap goods... especially when they don't have much money to begin with. The cheap ends up being very expensive...

Yeah trying to find that bios is going to be challenging, as you have gddr 3 1024 MB, the etching on the gpu die might not even match the physical specs of the chip, you have 1 vga, 1 hdmi and 1 dvi-i port.

And the pcb states gt216, it probably had a custom fake bios on it which isn't even on the page here

Here is the data sheet for the ram in question, you will have to determine what pins do what on it.

A wrong bios will cause memory corruption to where it looks like that on the screen.

Thats all that can be done

The bios here as in my previous post
i already reflash the bios but same conditions this issue not in bios
then i tried to test the VRAM by nvidia mods/mats but not make any report
also as in my previous post mods/mats not start with me as the pic attached
Can u give me download link for this GPU to test the VRAM or what the problem in attached pic to make it work to run
or no any windows software to do that job on it ?

Ok pcb says GT 216 and Chip say GF108
Now how to test Rams to determine which one had the fault ?

I don't believe it's worth spending any time on this blatantly fake video card. The core was relabeled and it's clearly a GT216. The cost of any repairs even if done by your own hand will exceed this thing's worth. Unless doing it to learn or for practice, simply replace by a genuine video card. You have been scammed

If you insist on having this repaired you'll need to first run mats on it. Don't have a direct link but you can find it online. This bootable software can diagnose which memory channel and module has gone bad. However since your GPU is not displaying anything even in text mode it's probably not going to work.

Looks to be closest to a GT 220 but does not match any official specifications. Complete fraud

Yeah you put a ddr3 bios on, not a gddr3 bios on

You have a physical hardware fault now, or a windows update screwed your system up software wise, when a gpu is working then suddenly doesnt accept the driver it is typically 1 of the above, you added to the problem by installing a incorrect bios on the card.

A bios flash will not fix failing hardware either

@siryoink might be able to help...

The bios you are looking for must have gddr3 1024mb samsung, 1 vga, 1 hdmi, 1 dvi-i specified in details of the file.

This is correct, GT216 uses DDR3 memory, not GDDR3

You will need to reference this here and then look up gf 200 series 400 series and 600 series

This is correct, GT216 uses DDR3 memory, not GDDR3
Those ramchips reference gddr 3 due to the datasheet, so its a deepfake

not fake look

Yes it is fake. And coming from Afox, I'm not surprised. It's not the first time I've seen it happen, this company has one of the worst reputations out there for shifting fake and remanufactured cards as new. I have seen several instances of counterfeit cards from Afox on this forum, YouTube and local media from my country.

They won't stop, no matter the bad press. The card has been relabeled and reprogrammed to show incorrect information, this is not a GF108-based card nor does it support the same feature set, the PCB and even the chip itself do not lie. The NVIDIA rep you got in contact with also told you the same thing, in polite Customer Support way: "it is not an NVIDIA official product". Being honest I'm surprised they even replied regarding a question about a counterfeit 15 year old low-end product.

Now we've done our part in instructing you - I understand money is tight but the reality that you got scammed with a low quality, fake card that has been extensively relabeled doesn't change. It's not worth the stress, not worth the attempted fix, not worth anything - it's just junk. If you got this thing recently, request a refund. If you've had it for a while, make sure the next card you buy is not a counterfeit.

Something I noticed on a lot of the nvidia green pcb cards is that the chip is soldered into a square mini-pcb which makes them modular. I wonder if someone did a switcharoo. It seems like a whole lot of effort for such a throwaway card. But yeah look at the pictures this has the modular socket.

No, the GPU chip was polished (as to remove the original designation mark) and a new, incorrect one was painted in. It's not even laser etched, if you look closely at the pictures provided. In general, this is an elaborate counterfeit created with the full intent of deceiving the customer and complicating returns to the fullest extent - it's a low cost product and since the onus of proof would be on the consumer, this helps increase the scam's rate of success.

It's very crafty - it targets specifically a low-skill, low-income customer base, usually in non-English speaking countries where technology resources are generally less available - the person wouldn't have the technical chops to see through the charade, and would be heavily inclined to engage in the sunk cost fallacy and attempt to repair and remedy the problem themselves, since they already got cheated out of whatever little money they had. It's devious and despicable, and that's precisely why GPU manufacturers added BIOS signing and security checks on their modern video cards... unfortunately it'll be many years until we're rid of these fakes.
