My card is 6650M and it is using virtual memory technology. I am also overclocking this card when I play game. I doubt reading from system memory may counter-productively slow the card down. What do you think? Should I manage to turn the function off?

you want to turn off virtual memory or the overclock?

system memory will be slower (if you end up using it) compared to the vram (usually...)

just try some tests yourself & see which is better for you

The 6650m does not use virtual memory/memory sharing according to its specs
at least that's what i just read so i would turn it off
