I have enabled in bios turned off csm but resize bar enabled not generating in bios menu and PCI-Express resizable bar disabled still

I need help! I have been trying to figure out how to have the Resizable bar enable generate in BIOS, my partitions are GBT, last update on Asus bios was feb 2025, it looked like my GPU was up to date (not sure how else to check) turned off CSM, not sure what step I am missing to get the top like enabled and for the resizeable bar to prompt in BIOS.
