I have problem with my aoc monitors at 120hz using xbox series s dead pixel and not clear image bad quialty

I have problem with my monitor aoc g2790vx 144hz . I am using my xbox series s and when i switch from 60hz to 120hz i start showing downscaling graphics in call of duty warzone and some area like the smoke of building it is like the squre defects and the image full of irregular lines ..... and the image and picture quilty is not clear at all ..... please help me to fix this problem or i might change the monitor because i feel it is suck

Pretty sure 120hz will cause the resolution to drop, hence the worse image quality.
 
is variable refresh rate = on ?
if yes try off

sorry forgot:
120hz or higher is only possible with hdmi 2.1 i think

and what vya domus said -it will drop resolution so low to compensate for fps

My monitor only support hdmi 1.4 and my cable hdmi from xbox series s is hdmi v2.1that's the reason you think ???
 
just read the link above everything is there from where ya find the settings and what ya need+++

and what vya said the resolution drops automatic to mantain 60fps and that will not help

So if i get xbox series x the problem solved at 120hz or require a monitor with hdmi v 2.0 at least to get the problem solved ??
