I've got Fuma 2's on my 2698v4's. Never heard them kick up and hitting 55c peak on full load in a Enthoo 719. Paste is four years old too.

What about Mugen 5 Rev. C? Is good?

I hate everything about these web sites' design. Can't even choose the exact type and socket, let alone make it more finely tuned.

Anyway, after converting your pesos to a currency I understand I can recommend:

• Thermalright Assassin King 90
• ID-Cooling SE-225-XT series
• ID-Cooling SE-226-XT series
• DeepCool Gammaxx 400

If any one of these is too noisy you have one extra sensitive set of ears.

224 xt or Mugen 5 Rev. C?

I'd recommend at least AG500 from DeepCool, but AG620 will do definitely. Remember, OP wants efficiency+SILENCE. 4 little pipes and one poor 120mm shitfan will spin like hell to chill that old server 12-core monster CPU.

Mugen ones are horrible. Had one on a 3900x and it was barely enough. Fuma 2 ran so much better overall. If you can find a dual tower Thermalright that'll fit on 2011/3 that'd probably be your best bet. Hell maybe just swapping the fans on your current AIO would do wonders. I have the CLC 240mm and can't hear it in an open bench.

Thanks to all topic solved.

2650V4 is probably the lowest actual wattage you can get while still being on 12 cores and Broadwell architecture. These CPUs are way easier to cool than, say, your average Ryzen 5 CPU. It's not even remotely close. I used a Gammaxx 200T (yes, 200T) for a slightly hotter 2660V3 and that wasn't mega loud. Just audible.

I put 2 Pure Wings 2 on my CLC 280mm and now works well.
Now I need to change some coolers of my case.
