When it gets to the part where it wants to restart just pull out the usb stick then windows should just carry on doing its thing.

As far as i know once windows gets to the point you got to the usb stick is no longer needed.

Also highly recommended: Disconnect all drives except the 1 drive you install windows 11 on...

To avoid troubles later on when replacing a drive.

Going by the manual, that seems to be the boot LED. It's supposed to be lit up if you haven't booted into the OS yet.
But that's assuming I have identified it correctly, I'm not 100% sure going by that picture.

Remove the installation media. It looks like after restart it's just rebooting from the installation media and not the actual drive that the OS is installed on. Your BIOS is also configured to always boot from it first so if you don't remove it, it'll keep booting from it. Usually when I install an OS, I use the one time boot menu to boot from the flash drive and not edit the boot order. Your OS drive should always be the first drive in the boot order.

You have the USB stick set as the first boot device, so it will always boot to that. Remove it and the rest of the boot device options, then set the NVMe drive that you want as the boot device. Once that is done, save the settings and reboot the PC. On startup, hit the delete key and go into the UEFI tool screen and the USB stick should be listed as a bootable. Select it and the PC will reboot and start install WIN 11.

If for some reason you don't feel like removing the USB installer after the restart, you can go back into the bios and change the Boot Option #1 to the drive you installed Windows on after the restart.
