way overpriced..but for those that cant wait its feasable

"We provide 3 days warranty"

Well i wouldnt risk it lol it would take more than 3 days to reach the UK,

I want one but id rather wait for official release save some money and have 12 month warranty.

yeah it's seems stolen samples to me

lmao at the "what others are watching" so totally related to what I'm looking at...not.

There's an article last week about a retailer in Malaysia already selling the new Sandy Bridge processors and P67/H67 motherboards from Asus and Gigabyte.

It's crime! Intel doesn't allow to sell/resell Engineering Samples.

I've seen quite a few engineering samples being sold over the past few years.

I've seen plenty of drugs being dealt. That doesn't make it legal.

Actually, the original person that Intel gave the processors to are the only ones under the contract to not sell them or give them away. And even then, it is a civil issue of breaking the contract and selling something you weren't supported to, nothing illegal, which is why they can be sold on ebay. If Intel has a problem with it, they need to take it up directly with the person they gave the chips to, ebay is not in the buisness of enforcing civil contracts.

I've seen a mod on this forum do it, calling it Extra Special. As long as both parties know what item they're dealing with, I don't see it as a big deal.

iv bought ES chips before. I have an ES Q6600 in a machine in the other room. if its the reviewer selling them its illegal. but if you buy them as a seperate sale w/e

And as I said before, it isn't even illegal, it just violates a civil contract.

i suppose i used the term illegal loosly. i dont think it matters how much you want to specify if intel doesnt want the samples to be sold they can get all sorts of mean to the person they gave the sample too.

What so different about if anyway!!!

high quality like extreme even better
open multiplayer but in this case this sample alraedy opend multiplayer
so it's extreme overclocking in low voltage

not really... they can get about as mean as they annotated in the contract.
