I'm not sure if i named the subject of the post correctly but here's my problem. When i have IE open at any website and try to open up an page from a shortcut (like a book mark but it's a shortcut on the desktop), the short cut open in the same IE windows. How can i make it so that IE open in a new window so it doesnt overwrite the current one? thanks.

Under the advanced tab in internet options uncheck the "reuse windows for launching shortcuts"

solved.....thanks so much
